Israel Day 3

It has been a great day. We started out in Mitpe Ramon. We went into the Ramon Crater, one of seven in the world. After driving through the crater we went on a 3 mile hike along the ancient spice routes used by the Nabateans. After hiking we had lunch and then continued southward to Eilat where some snorkled in the Red Sea. From where we are tonight you can see the countries of Jordan, Saudia Arabia and Egypt. What an awesome sight!

Tomorrow we will be in Petra where we will ride camels and see one of the seven wonders of the world. Due to the internet problems we are cutting the post short tonight, hopefully there will be more tomorrow.

Everyone is doing fine, no one is sick.

  7. Tom,
I know you're busy....but since you're that close...run over to Al Asad in Iraq...today is Blake's 22nd birthday(Feb. 5th)....I know the rest of the bus load won't mind. After that...continue to enjoy your trip. :-)

  8. Good evening/morning? I just viewed the latest pics and on certain I can feel the anointing of the Lord. How it must feel to actually walk on the same soil. This is great to be able to see Isreal through a proxy. Enjoy and continue to send the correspondence. God Bless, Sis. Faye

  9. Mawmaw and Pawpaw (Sue and Ken),
we miss you both!! we got home late from church tonight so Maegen and Jake have not seen the pictures yet but Jackson pointed you guys out right away. I told him you would be riding a camel and he said you cannot ride a camel because they are "too bumpy" to get on. We are praying for all of you.
Bro. Tommy and Sis. Rese, take care of them. Is Pawpaw looking forward to getting back on a plane? : )
    Love you!
